Description

Additional information: Lullabee is a Pokemon that uses its horn to channel light into a usable energy source, both for attacking and for caring for itself... With it, this Pokemon can create Psychic and light energy.  The crystal itself is indestructible, making it a valuable weapon.  They do have the ability to hide themselves when the world is bad.  They'll appear even if there's the slightest chance that all might be well with the world, hence bringing hope to those that see them.  This is a rare Pokemon, but they are not genderless, they can be bred and there is a population big enough to sustain the species in the wild.

In other words, this Pokemon is stiff and strong.  It has a high Defense.  Attack is rather low, it specializes in Special Attack moves.  HP, Special Defense and Speed are all average.
